Customer Care:

For us to best assist you with purchases and even general questions about products, services, shipping etc please reach out via email.  We treat all customers with respect and value your relationship with us.  Communication & Satisfaction is our top priority.

Sezzle:

We offer Sezzle as a payment option on all orders over $150.

Buy now, and pay over 4 weeks.


Shipping:

All units that are “ready to ship” will ship the following business day after the order has been purchased, processed, and verified.

All units that are “Pre-order” & “custom” are made to order and will take 10-14 days to complete and will ship immediately after completion.  The process begins after the order has been purchased, processed, and verified.

Bundles/extensions will ship 3-5 days following the order has been purchased, processed, and verified.

All products/extensions are shipped via USPS priority shipping. (2-3 days for delivery).  Delivery times are extended during the holiday season Nov-Jan.


Returns:

Units and Extensions are non-refundable.  If an error has occurred and wrong products are received; exchanges ARE allowed and must be approved by owner. Customer satisfaction for all units will be considered and reviewed.

All other products are eligible for return – must be in original condition.
